Malcolm, be.digium.com loads up just fine for me too, but the downloads link on that page 404′s. Hope that helps!

Perhaps your subscription has expired and you’re no longer able to download the update? https://be.digium.com loads up just fine for me, I get no 404 there. What URL are you trying to access that you get a 404?
